Prepare and assemble a winning business case for a selected course of action for stakeholders including clear story lined presentation
Business analysis:
Assess the business vs benchmarks/ peers, and determine competitive advantages – why does the company win?

Identify strategic options, their impacts on value (revenues, cost), co-create strategic criteria and support decision making with necessary analysis
